About Bridgemen Volleyball Academy Founder- Coach Zac Schlemm
As both a middle school teacher and a high school volleyball coach in the Fort Lee School district, I am excited to offer this opportunity for student-athletes to continue developing their skills in a structured and supportive environment. The camp will focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship for players of various age levels within our community.
With over 15 years of volleyball coaching experience, Coach Schlemm brings passion, knowledge, and dedication to every level of the game. Before joining Fort Lee, he was part of the coaching staff at Secaucus High School, contributing to the team’s 2014 State Championship season. Over the years, he has coached athletes at the middle school, JV, and varsity levels, developing players who compete with confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
In addition to being on the coaching staff for our high school team here in Fort Lee, Coach Schlemm has also led a 5th–6th grade volleyball clinic. This has been helping young athletes learn the fundamentals and build a lifelong love for the sport. He is focused on continuing the community’s upward momentum by strengthening the feeder system and inspiring the next generation of players to aim for excellence and make a run at, not only one, but many state championships. This camp will help this community achieve those goals.
